Sales Executive/BDM, Integrated Security Systems

Locations:  Miami, Boston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Charlotte:  

  • You will be responsible to position our client as an industry leader in the design, installation and maintenance of integrated security systems. Your experience should include the design and sale of access control, IP video, intrusion, alarm, fire, intercom systems and other elements of integrated security systems..  
  • Essential Functions And Basic Duties: • Minimum of 3-5 years experience selling security systems, solutions and service • Identifies and closes sales opportunities in new accounts in order to meet and/or exceed assigned revenue quotas • Utilizes all company resources, including management team, customer service, marketing, and sales & engineering team members to achieve objectives • Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions within the company approval boundaries • Forecasts new and existing account growth/revenue in assigned territory • Represents Company at local trade shows, conferences and other events as required • Prospect, qualify and develop new customer relationships

Sr. Project Manager Position / Technical Requirements
Location:  Seattle, Washington 

  • This position provides the highest level of leadership and direction for successful completion of projects ranging from $10M and higher. Promotes the profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while insuring that the schedule and goals for the project are met. 
  • This position will be assigned other tasks and duties, which may include, but are not limited to sales, employee training and coordination with other departments or group managers to help meet strategic company goals.
  • Education/Certification Requirements - Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred but equivalent education in job history accepted, plus 10+ years related experience working as a Project Engineer or Manager.  Prior HVAC and/or Mechanical construction experience is desired.  Must demonstrate good communication and management skills. 

Regional Sales Manager, IP Video Manufacturer

Locations:  New York and Denver

  • Responsible for exceeding sales quota and other targets for assigned territory.
  • Develop Regional Sales Strategy in cooperation with the management team.  Responsible for the implementation of approved policy and/or strategy. Reviews and modifies Plan regularly to meet with company growth objectives
  • Responsible for being “the expert” in your assigned territory, understanding all elements including market conditions & trends, channel and direct partners, and competitive landscape to maximize sales results.
  • Leader will be responsible for creating and executing their Regional Business Plan and effectively managing the territory to exceed ALL sales targets.
  • Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new relationships with channel and direct partners to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Identifies and develops, in cooperation with Marketing, new product ideas, strengthening existing products, and take the lead in keeping aware of competitive market pressures
  • Achieve sales volume and product mix targets for new and existing accounts
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers and the general public
  • Remote home office based with extensive (up to 80%) travel

*Design Manager, Fire Sprinkler Systems*
Location: Atlanta, GA
Build and mentor team of up to 10 designers 
Design fire sprinkler systems.
Prepare and write reports detailing specific fire sprinkler and protection issues 
Draft, laying out and specify technical devices, parts and equipment.  Provide documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used. Write product performance requirements.

NICET certification Level 3 is a requirement.

Experience with AutoCAD, HydraCAD.
Project management experience in helpful.
Thorough knowledge of NFPA standards.

Engineering degree preferred, but not required 
Design and management experience.
Good working knowledge of hydraulic calculations.
Requires experience with Hydratec Fire Protection design software.

Perform needs assessments and delivers sales presentations
Develop sales proposals and estimates
Ensures client satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required
2-5 years of meeting and succeeding quotas of selling fire alarm and/or other electrical solutions to electrical contractors preferred, although candidates with less experience may also be considered
Extensive experience with commercial fire protection systems strongly preferred
NICET Level II Certification in Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler or Special Hazards preferred
Extensive training in fire sprinkler and fire alarms
